Now TV, Broadband and landline package

Looking at Now Super Fibre + Entertainment Membership package (£32.41/mnth) via the MSE link....

... for my very elderly mother. All she watches is Sky Arts and Challenge channels. Can anyone tell me if these 2 specific channels are included in this package? The MSE link says yes, but a phone call to Now can't confirm if these ARE included!!!!!! 🤷🤷🤷

SkyArts and Challenge are both available on freeview. So does she like ‘a bit of bully’ 😏
If they’re the only two channels she’ll be watching, are there no cheaper options? Perhaps a one-off purchase of a Firestick and taking a Now subscription

The 2 channels she wants aren't available on Freeview in her area.

The channel list on that MSE link is wrong and well out of date.

'Sky Arts' is available as a live channel but 'Challenge' isn't. I don't know if any of the 'Challenge' programming is available on demand via NOW TV (the search box on NOW TV isn't that great or accurate).

You may want to factor in the extra £5 cost of 'NOW Boost' if it is something you deem necessary:

You also get on-demand shows from all of these channels (except Sky Showcase and NBC News NOW), plus Peacock (which is an on-demand only channel).

And for the little ones, there are 7 live kids' channels: Sky Kids, plus Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Nickleodeon, Cartoonito, Nick Jr and Nicktoons. On-demand shows are available for all these channels except Cartoonito. And you get awesome box sets from Milkshake!, CBeebies and CBBC too.

I'm not sure if there is any other way to view 'Challenge' live without having Freeview/Freesat/Sky Stream. Maybe Freeview Play offers some 'Challenge' content?
