Taff - nice ideas about the cutlery, however it's not that special and I'm not giving houseroom to basic stuff which has outlived its usefulness to me. It'll go to another home.I used to teach an IT adult ed class, I was always surprising how many struggled to switch on and off. It's a patience thing. If you can remember how difficult it was to learn to tie your shoelaces, knit, read or learn how to drive a manual car then it's the very same thing. Take your time and do it in small chunks.13

Morning Everyone - It's frosty atm, but sun is trying to show its face. I have no plans for today, but I'll pop over the road to see my elderly neighbour - she was recently 91.
Get well soon Gers.
Hope you all have a good Tuesday. x12 -
Afternoon all. Been busy washing and pottering about, couldn’t tell you what I’ve done!

Afternoon all, sorry to have been MIA.
Dad was ill and also Mr Fix It then I went down with a tummy bug. Lately I've been struggling with a lack of sleep and a poorly back and just plain miserable. Oh dear I don't think there's much hope for me, I think I need shooting now 😂
Yesterday I went food shopping, lots of empty shelves and only 2 manned tills open out of 16.There were long queues and every man and his dog was being steered towards the DIY tills, leaving many shoppers very disgruntled. I had a full trolley and I won't use the darn things as I get very flustered. I'm afraid won't be shopping in As*a again any time soon😡. Rant over.
This afternoon I need to play freezer tetris as I still have a loaf of bread and some rolls to cram in there. I hope to find something in there for tea too as my cooking head is still missing.
Another one who struggles keeping up with technology the older I get. I have a new microwave and it seems you have to have a pilots licence to navigate all the instructions. Heating up soup is a doddle though as there is a button called "Soup" 😁
Take care and love to all.

Evening everyone,
Late posting from me as I was in the office today and it was non-stop due to a big money announcement tomorrow. Boss was meant to be off but is doing some media with the minister. Means I should get a quietish morning at least.
Can't believe that TOTM put in an appearance this morning - first one since October and thought it might finally be over, but NO. DD has been put at risk of redundancy - she does 12 hours a week around her uni studies. If she gets let go we will need to up what we give her each month as her maintenance loan doesn't cover even her rent.
I have had a nice bath, face mask and will start a new book tonight. DH is out at the pub, so it's nice and quiet here.
Good to see you have clients back @RedRuby1231
Hope your aches and pains improve soon @Gers x
Glad you're feeling a bit brighter @snoozer
Sorry to hear you've been poorly @nannywindow
Have a good evening everyone

@Gers - have you tried a bit of baking soda on the stained teaspoons before giving up on them. I use just a bit of baking soda and water and it takes away years of tea and coffee stains.
