  • Just to add to Edddy's post (thankyou).    With the last leak I was told it came from the neighbours boiler by the Council. I requested date time and if it had been rectified and was informed no leak reported.

I suspect the failure to track trace and rectify initial leaks and Pipeworks or the rerouting of pipes has caused the issue into my property. But the failure to be able to track and trace the leaks by the Council's refusal to open up the cupboard that would have proved otherwise leads me to draw at least an  inference  of breach of my lease.

Yes there is not one single event and the damage has occurred gradually as a result of the councils failure to take action against those who caused it (as they said the leaseholder above, the social rented tenant who they are trying to keep out of the picture, but who informed me  that his bathroom was leaking and where I had previously observed myself ) and their failure to repair and maintain the pipework.

I can't be the only one that this has happened too.

What do you mean by unsecure internet and by extension email?

You are posting on this forum, so you have access to the internet. Email services like Gmail are secure, even on shared devices as long as you log out when finished.

Are you potentially making this harder than it should be by insisting on anything being posted, and further insisting on it being by registered post.

No my emails were being intercepted. Received no emails, checked spam and delete nothing.  Also phone wouldn't ring then all of sudden got 14 calls, numbers previously used wouldnt go through as though blocked. Then would  type in individually of rang it again would not go through.

You're not making much sense, but if the problem was that you didn't trust an email account then why not just set up a new one?
