How to repay child tax credit overpayment

I received a letter requesting payment of child tax credit overpayment.
The letter states payment within 30 days and to ring up to arrange payment.
Before I call does anybody know if this needs paying in full or will they set up a direct debit for a year?
It's for a few hundred pounds

You can arrange to pay it in installments.

As the letter says ring to arrange payment. If you can pay it in one lump sum, if not discuss an appropriate level of monthly payments.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.
