How to repay child tax credit overpayment

I received a letter requesting payment of child tax credit overpayment.

The letter states payment within 30 days and to ring up to arrange payment.

Before I call does anybody know if this needs paying in full or will they set up a direct debit for a year?

It's for a few hundred pounds

As the letter says ring to arrange payment.  If you can pay it in one lump sum, if not discuss an appropriate level of monthly payments.
