Insurance cover for Cottage rental?

My wife and I have just booked a holiday cottage in Cornwall for a week, we are both in our eighties.
Any suggestions where we can get basic cover for the cottage rental only, if we should need to cancel for health reasons.

Travel insurance isn't very expensive particularly in these circumstances. It does depend on the health reasons though. If there are particular concerns, especially pre-existing conditions, you will need to read the fine print.0
