Thanks for all your help and all that you and others do on here. I’m sure I’ll be back for more advice before this is over.0

Still too wordy IMHO; it is irrelevant what you were doing there or that the village was busy (if the car park was busy and you were prevented from accessing the PDT or leaving on time, that is a different matter) it should be "elapsed" not "lapsed" and it is a consideration period for reading terms and conditions before deciding whether to stay or leave and the grace period is after the parking event.

Thank you. I adapted it a little more and sent that in today (followed up by call and received confirmation email).Le_Kirk said:Still too wordy IMHO
I’ve now received a response to SAR from OPS and apart from the basics have sent very little stating:
“Please note we do not have access to the Data that DCBL have, therefore if you wish to have access to that you will need to contact them directly.”
Shouldn’t OPS instruct DCBL to provide the info?0 -

Therefore no point in sending a SAR to DCBL.2 -
I’ve now received my Notice of Proposed Allocation…with the N180 to complete.I’ve read some posts on here already about completing the form which I’m in the process of doing.
The parking issue was in a car park in Wales. I live in England but work in Wales.
At this stage could I request a County Court in Wales (based on what I’ve read I believe so) even though it’s not the nearest to my home address?
Secondly, could I then request for the case to be held in Welsh - I believe this is possible but having so far completed all the forms / paperwork in English wondered whether this was still possible?0 -
You can certainly request a court in Wales stating it is near your place of work.
No idea regarding having the hearing in Welsh though?2 -
Welsh courts are generally not great, IMHO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was hoping for a similar case as https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-61409004
Coupon-mad can I ask what you mean by “generally not great”?
My options really would be either Newport or Cwmbran (in Wales) or Gloucester or Hereford in England.0 -
I was thinking of Cardiff & Swansea courts where the Judges haven't been great at parking cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
