I managed 45.7 off 7.1 kWs E-W. 80% exported.Ron-ski said:Yes, I'm charging my batteries off peak, and then discharge a fair amount at peak.
I did generate 54kWh yesterday though.0 -
Similar ratio to ours, but slightly more- we generated 29kw from 4.7kw (split SSE and WSW, so we lose c10% in total- less overall generated but more spread generation which is better for our usage)Ron-ski said:8.74kW of PV0 -
Exactly the same figure to the decimal place from my East West system.pensionpawn said:

23 x 420W East/West split over two flat roof areas at 10 degrees inclination.
13 x 390W South spit over two flat roof areas at 5 to 20 degrees inclination.
6 x 390W south wall mounted at 90 degrees inclination.
7 x 390W West wall mounted at 90 degrees inclination.
2 x 5 kW hybrid inverters
4 x 9.5 kWh batteries (38 kWh total)0 -
Flux rates were reduced on the 1st April so I would confidently predict a further fall on the 1st July. I also believe that we might see some changes to ts and cs to bring Flux inline with Tracker: that is, two months to switch out and no return within 9 months.Raxiel said:Given that Flux Import has the same SC and unit rate (outside the peak and trough) as the EPG, I'm wondering if it will follow the new rates coming with the July price cap. Have they given any indication?I'm aware they're not obliged to. Flux is likely still a better deal than SVR+Outgoing Fixed for Q3 even if it remains as is, but Q4 onwards could be a different story.0 -
I hope the return within 9 months isn't implemented, if you transfer out for winter you'd be screwed for the following year![Deleted User] said:

Sorry - I meant up to two WEEKS to switch out. Like you, I hope that it isn’t implemented, but Octopus’ thought process appears to be moving away from the present 30 day rule which came in as a result of few switching in and out of Agile almost on a daily basis as prices rose and fell.scubajoe said:

They need to automate the system, seems an awful lot is done by people, including having to supply proof which they've already had previously. If you're registered on their system as complying surely it could all be automated, just run the checks for the tariff your witching to against a check list, if something is not on the check list them involve a human.Seems to me that Octopus have a lot of issues, app is out of kilter with the website, things work in the app and don't work on the website, all seems a bit disjointed to me. I need to chase them tomorrow as I haven't had an electric statement for two months, website suggests I need to give a meter reading, which they get every half hour!1

Or they don’t. Octopus carries out a data pull once every 24 hours for each meter. Export counts as a single meter. The data pull returns an index reading and an XML file containing 30 minute usage data. If one segment of 30 minute usage is corrupt or missing, then Kraken (the billing system) will not raise a monthly statement.Ron-ski said:They need to automate the system,p seems an awful lot is done by people, including having to supply proof which they've already had previously. You may need to contact smart.help@octopus.energy and ask them to attempt a manual data pull.2 -
My friend if you'd sent them a set of meter reads (electric import & export, along with a gas reading) I'd put money on the fact that Kraken and the automated system, would have created you a full set of statements within hours of your submitted meter reads via their online system - been there, done it, got the t-shirtRon-ski said:I need to chase them tomorrow as I haven't had an electric statement for two months, website suggests I need to give a meter reading, which they get every half hour!
