Looks good, except:
" are now banned "
and
" prohibits "should have the words 'are intended to be' in front. Or 'likely to be'.
Because the Government is re-making the decision in that right now and the Code is temporarily withdrawn for an Impact Assessment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does it really matter? Both you and your partner were loading/unloading, irrespective whether your partner was named on the lease.ltcdestiny123 said:My only slight concern is that my partner is not named on the lease as I owned the flat before she moved in. So a slight difference to similar loading cases where the defendant is also the leaseholder themselves2 -
Excellent point that I hadn’t thought of, thank you!B789 said:

Hi all, quick update on this one. Happily, a combination of robust LBC response and a complaint from our MP has seen the PCN cancelled and action dropped. Thanks so much for the advice from you all!
In case it’s of interest, we found this paragraph in their response to our MP quite illuminating: “ We are keen to work constructively with you and all MP's who have concerns about the private parking profession and if you would like to meet to discuss any issues, we would be very happy to do so.”
Perhaps they’re feeling the pressure with the Governmental guidelines under review?
Thanks so much again4 -
Well done. Not really surprising though that they are now beginning to realise that their days of unlimited scamming could be coming to an end.1

Nicely done, and your MP too.
