Do I have a CCJ for insurance purposes if I won a small claims against me?

I'm trying to get insurance at the moment and the website is asking if I've ever "been served" a CCJ.

Does a small claims court claim count as a CCJ?  Does it still count if I won the claim, or if the claimant dropped out part way through?

Is that going to make it more difficult to get insurance?

No.   A County Court Judgement is the ruling against you if you lose the case and do not pay the money on the spot.

The term is very unhelpful but a CCJ in this context is if you had lost the claim (inc small claims) and then had failed to satisfy the judgement in 1 month.

As you went and won then you have no CCJ
If you went and lost but paid the next day you'd still have no CCJ
