It's very confusing as to what we can get if we are on an embedded network i.e. the park owner receives the electricity bill. I haven't got anything yet. What can I do to get clarity?

Just want to understand the legal position.

My mother lives on a mobile home park and doesn't have the ability to elect what electricty provider to go for

She's 83 years old and not very mobile. She can't leave the mobile home in fact. She needs constant heating. And it's all complicated by the fact I live in Australia.0

We share on Team Viewer, that's why it looks like we are together! But we do want to understand what my mum is entitled to.0

She will be able to apply for the £400 grant from the end of February

if she is living in a residential park, living there legally 12 months per year and paying council tax.

@KarenTurner1 It might help you to know how to edit posts, as posting things like that one after the other may get you reported for apparent "post building".
If you look at the top right hand corner of any of your posts, you will see a "cog" symbol - a hover over or click/tap on that should deliver the option to edit/delete. An edit will then leave a note on the top of the post confirming that it has been edited. If returning to a post later (rather than immediately) to edit it is good form to add a note to the bottom of the post also explaining the reason for the edit, and to make clear whether any substantial changes have been made.
