Packet to France-alternative to GPO

I bought some joint pain tablets to try. They were sent from France, a bit expensive but a 90 day money back guarantee if they did not help. However the instructions on how to take them -twice a day with a full glass of water and a full meal - were totally unrealistic for my wife and I never opened them.

I asked about  the guarantee and was immediately given the return address in France together with a wording and customs reference that would ensure no duty is payable.

The local post office were not willing to accept the package saying they did not recognise the customs reference and also warning of the computer related delays to all parcels.

The company has confirmed that the reference is correct and suggested using another carrier to avoid the risk of a post office delay hitting the 90 day guarantee limit.

Can anyone suggest a suitable carrier to handle this.  It'a small 11x13x9cm package weighing 270g
