OP, it appears there are T&C on the sign up, are you sure you didn't agree to any there? They don't have to be in the website footer as well.
Even if there were no T&C, given there is nothing to indicate the payment is refundable and you are outside the 14 days "cooling off", I would have thought you were on shaky ground unless they don't comply with their end of the bargain (giving you the promised opportunity to invest) Maybe you'll get lucky and they won't defend the chargeback.
