Land Registry removing Land Charges from Title Deeds

We are in the process of selling our house. As a condition of completion, we are required to remove Land Charges from the Title Deeds. We have a Certificate of Cancellation, form K20. What is the procedure for this, and can it be expedited?

@Land_Registry may be able to advise - there is actually a dedicated thread for LR questions.
I would also suggest that your solicitor should be able to advise you on this.
An impending sale is one of the few circumstances in which LR applications can be expedited, currently. (A remortgage being another) *

Form K20 is a Land Charges form/application. It’s submitted as per the form guidance. There’s no expedite process with Land Charges but you can email them at
