NatWest Credit Card Notifications for payments by additional card user

My wife is an additional card user on my NatWest credit card. I receive notifications when I have made a payment on the account.
However, I do not get any notifications when she has made a payment.
It is not a problem as she always tells me, but is anyone aware of a way around this?

Sounds worth taking up with them, as this isn't how they describe it working, unless there's some detailed setting that needs to be adjusted, which isn't made obvious by this:The primary card holder will receive notifications for any spend made by an additional cardholder. If you are an additional cardholder you will not be able to receive notifications on your own device.https://www.natwest.com/banking-with-natwest/how-to/transaction-notifications.html

In truth it wasn't so much the notification as a potential blip in NatWest services. I will pursue this though, especially as I have just discovered that I have a priority line to NatWest.
But then again it does seem to be an abuse of the priority line for a non urgent enquiry. Perhaps they will recognise my customer number and connect me immediately anyway as they did last week.
PS It's a priority line for the vulnerable (ouch) and the over 60s, (even more ouch).0 -
I have just checked on my app and I should be getting notifications for payments mad by an additional cardholder.
I will keep an eye out when my better half next makes a payment.0 -
Anyone know how to resolve this? Tried to make a purchase today as a secondary card holder and I didn’t receive an authorisation request and nor did the main card holder, so the purchase was declined/ timed out.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. They do. Some googling suggests the authorisation goes to the primary holder, but that didn’t happen.DullGreyGuy said:

Dont have NW credit cards but generally it tends to come down to if each card has a unique number or both cards have the same number. For banks that issue unique card numbers each cardholder tends to get their own notifications whereas where it's the same then the Primary gets all the notifications, or at least thats how its always been in my experience.silvercar said:

Still prefer AmEx's approach where the secondary cardholder even has their own app access and so do authotise their own payments, can freeze their own card etc.0
