Sealife Centre (Kelloggs 2 for 1)

We have 2 adults, one child and one under 3 child that we're planning to take to the Sealife Centre.
I've been trying to redeem the Kellogs 2 for 1 code. I assumed we can get one free ticket using the voucher. Oddly on the website, it seems to be offering 2 free adult tickets with the child + under 3. Is it worth the risk since I don't think that is how the offer is expected to work..
