    Hi.
     For your interest I have been on holiday and the only electrical device on is my boiler. 
    When the central heating does not come on (most of the time) and the pump just comes on every so many times a day to prevent seizure,  it consistently uses between 0.266kWh and 0.268kWh per day.

    Are you sure nothing else at all is on? Fridge, freezer, wired in smoke alarm, router etc.?
