Hey. I purchased a pair of trainers in 2021 that are still under warranty and unfortunately the trainers  have begun to fray and has a hole in the toe area so I wanted to apply for a full exchange or refund as the trainers can no longer be worn. The company is oh running. I have been told that the trainers have been under inspection by their team and they cannot find any production defects so I cant get my money back. They have offered  a 30% discount on a new pairs of trainers as a ‘good will gesture’ . anything I can do here? Thoughts and advice welcome please
