Any Help Available for Replacement Boiler Costs?

Hi

A family member on a low income has asked me if any financial help is available for the replacement of a boiler that is broken.

They are still waiting to see if it can be repaired but the the Engineer's initial opinion was that it would be more economical to replace given its age and condition.

Am I right in thinking there's no help available to replace an old combi?

It will depend where they are, how old it is (is it condensing or non-condensing) etc. etc.
Sadly, this possibly isn't the best time of year to look as many funders will probably have already committed their funds for this financial year.but if they can wait until the next financial year pots may get renewed.

If this was a BG engineer, get a second opinion. They receive a sales referral commission.
