dp1, The family has gone out, it seems to take them an age to get ready and go, I was practically pushing them out the door by the time they left.

Town for me today 😳 got everything I needed and also took a charity bag with me to drop off….wish I hadn’t bothered!!! The woman was very rude, said there was a huge sign in the window saying donations are to go to the back of the shop and then her manager came over and more or less said the same thing. That they’d been doing this since the pandemic and she would take it this time. I did get a thank you but won’t be going there again….was in quite a grump when I got home!!

Late posting from me. I lost 1.5lb this week so back to my 1st 7lb loss of Christmas Eve! I have a few pounds still to go until my target so will keep plodding on.

We took Mum and DS2 to ASK in Canterbury today - I had no starter or pudding, and a main of warm chicken and sweet potato salad - it was lovely.

Back home via Aldi for the weekly shop. We are just going to have a snack of cheese and crackers as still full from lunch!
