YBS Debit Cards payment declined

Have been trying to send money via DC to YBS but when I go through the process payment fails. Anyone else having this problem ?

Did you get any to work? They put a limit on how many DC transactions you can do in a day, or maybe longer.  Usually 3 but sometimes just one if £500. I get 4/5 low value then get temporarily blocked.

I do the rest elsewhere, so not sure how long the block stays, but I'm always able to start again the next month.

So, this is a payment too YBS?

For what it’s worth, I sent 3 payments to YBS the other day, each for £500 and all went through ok, but that was from 3 separate cards.

I know last year over a period of time I was having all sorts of issues with debit card payments to YBS. This went on for several months but did sort it’s self out and I have not had a problem since.

This is an ongoing problem. I have personally experience it a few times. What you could do here is wait a few days and try again. For the following month try to do as early as possible during the month so if it gets rejected you could still see it and could repeat it again.

It is normally work. But I do not do 20-30X small DC payment in a months like a few people in this MSEs are doing.

Yes,its around 4 card transactions max. First time it happened to me I thought I would need to contact them to unblock but worked fine on next day, prompting me to believe its a daily limit.

Refused payment for 2 days in a row. made phone call they could not see any problems on the account referred to the finance department. Skipped a day made 2 payments then failed on the third. Have not been contacted again maybe Monday ??

just out of interest. having deposited here with a DC how long before those funds are available to withdraw?
