And in case i didnt make it clear...the green sofa is mine now and they will have to carry it out with me on it if they want it back mwahahaha 

I think you'll find it isn't. In which case, they can just take you to court for the cost of the sofa.

Am I the only one waiting for a thread where someone says they've ordered a green sofa that was mistakenly delivered to someone else who doesn't want to give it back ?

*UPDATE!* Sofa company just called and they were perfectly happy for me to keep the green sofa, its covered by their guarantee the same as the other one rven though its not a sofa they sell and they refunded my delivery charge of £99 as well... so alls well that ends well... thanks for all yout input!!

How are they going to do that, if they don't have a relationship with the manufacturer?  Which retailer is this?  Have you got that commitment in writing, or just from the call?  If the latter, I'd get it in writing as well, otherwise they might deny all knowledge of it if you ever needed to claim.

They said they would send their people out to sort any issues.. i guess they are all made by the same people... im have asked for it in writing
