Limited Capability for Work

Hello,
One of my sons has been awarded Limited Capability For Work, they say LCW. Not the activities, just "Work".
One website says he might be entitled to an extra £150 (or abouts) per month due to his condition, but another website says that LCW does not include any extra Universal Credit payments. Thanks for any advice or experiences you've had with this.

Appreciate that you've seen conflicting advice, for claims after April 2017 LCW indeed doesn't qualify for extra payment.

If you think he should qualify for LCWRA he can challenge the decision.

To qualify for LCWRA he needs to meet one of the LCWRA descriptors.

Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.2
