Sorry - it was the PPC that stated this: "Please note Parking Charges are outside scope of VAT, and therefore are not an invoice."

I have always been under the impression that it was an invoice?
Do you have that in writing or was it something said over the phone?

Congrats on the scammers dropping the case.
    It was in an email.
Maybe @Coupon-mad can use a copy of that email as part of her evidence for the PPoC committee.

It doesn't mean anything though.  They are out if the scope of VAT until HMRC gets its finger out and looks at the European APCOA case.

VAT has nothing to do with whether a piece of paper is an invoice or not.

Did Gladstones mean they have only closed their file (i.e. passed it back to the PPC to take it up with another roboclaim firm?).

Doesn't mean PCN cancelled unless it says that.
Yes - just that Gladstones has ended its interest in the case and are not involved in it anymore. No doubt another example of Great Britain's finest solicitors will be handed the baton.
