Nowhere to pay the court fees?

I have a court hearing coming up, and I've got a letter from then court to pay a fee of £300something. There's nowhere any link to pay online, and they never answer the phone.

The court in question is "Mayor's and City of London Court". Does anyone know of any way to pay the court fees?

Its a county court.  If nothing else helps, you might have to go there personally.

I made the claim online initially, and after a point, I was told that the correspondence would be only on paper. However, there are no instructions in the letter I received as to how I pay! This is ridiculous!

I ended up spending more than 1hr on then phone waiting, and someone processed my payment over the phone
