I think so but I am currently in the office and the letter is at home. Will check later. The date was 2nd September, meaning we should absolutely acknowledge sometime between the 7th (9th?) and 21st (23rd?) off the top of my head?
Hers are some dates for you: -
Issue Date     Served Date    AoS Due      Defence Due
    02/09/25         07/09/25          21/09/25        06/10/25

I'd add to paragraph 3 where you talk about the CRA 2015:

Under that Act, ambiguous terms must be interpreted in the way that most favours the consumer.

Thank you for feedback. Have gone through the Money Claim Online process. It wasn't as bad as it looked like it was going to be at first. And the template fitted in the defence box including paragraph 10.

Now I guess we wait? Will there be an email if there is an update or do you have to keep logging into your government gateway page?

I would check MCOL weekly,  but you should be following the 8 steps in the defence template thread

    There wont be any emails

You plan to just wait... yes re the claim ... but gentle nudge, surely you didn't miss this?

    FIGHTBACK ALERT:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline next week.

    See this thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6617396/parking-code-of-practice-consultation-now-extended-closes-friday-26th-september/p1

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
