Balance Transfer - Transferring debt from a different person that cardholder

Hi, 

Does anyone know which credit card providers let you transfer a balance from another person like partner. I am aware that the debt gets transferred to this person.

Just about all of them in practice.

Many in the T&Cs say you cant/shouldnt but in practice dont stop you.  Last time I tried however was before the open banking reforms and therefore in principle it would be easier for them to enforce it now if they chose to but you'd have to ask why they'd decide that was the best use of their annual IT budget -v- all the other projects people want to deliver.
