Bank switching offer and setting up new Direct Debits

Hi
Im currently opening an EVeryday account with Satnander and switching a dummy current account into it. To get their £200 offer I need to setup 2 active direct debits.
Could I setup 1 direct debit to Vanguard (I think Vanguard will only allow a min of £100 payment for direct debits, which is fine). And then another direct debit to Hargreaves Lansdown? Those would count as live direct debits wouldnt they?
I dont want to fiddle with the direct debits on my active current account, so hopefully the above 2 direct debits will suffice.
Thanks

Yes. The direct debits can be for anything, as long as there are two mandates.

Re Vanguard, im not sure if the £100 min applies if you just want to add cash to your account. I set up a DD for £1 to add as cash.If using DD to invest directly in funds the £100min applies.Paypal is another easy DD to set up.0

Other options discussed here if you're getting desperate for DDs: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5734632/savings-accounts-accepting-dds/p10
