Central & South America Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The competition promoter is Gap 360 Ltd (company no. 7624349) whose registered office is at 30 City Road, London, EC1Y 2AB.
2. The giveaway runs between 1st February and 28th February 2023.
3. The giveaway can be entered by completing the form on this page here: https://www.gap360.com/win
4. The prize offered by Gap 360 Ltd is:
   - One grand prize of 2x spaces on a Costa Rica Adventure with return economy flights from London, UK for the winning entrant and a companion, subject to trip age eligibility
   - Two runner-up prizes of 1x space on a 4-day Cancun trip in Mexico, subject to trip age eligibility (no flights included)
5. Any prize must be redeemed for a trip start date between 1st April 2023 and 30th April 2024.
6. Gap 360 reserves the right to swap the trip(s) for a similar one in Gap 360's product portfolio.
7. Blackout dates apply for redeeming the prize(s), such as over the Christmas period. Gap 360 Ltd can provide a list of available dates to the winner(s) upon request.
8. Additional entries to the giveaway can be obtained by participating in the Gap 360 Treasure Hunt between 1st February and 28th February 2023. 6x stickers will be hidden around the Gap 360 website, and for each sticker collected 10x entries will be received into the draw.    For the Grand Prize:
9. The return economy flights from London to San Jose, Costa Rica will be on the airline and route of Gap 360's sole discretion and will be provided by Gap 360's flight partner, Flights 360. Whilst the winner can request a certain airline, route, seat, and other options, ultimately the flight ticket provided is at Gap 360's sole discretion.
10. The winner and their chosen companion must travel on the same trip, start date, and flight.
11. Any upgrade fees or additional charges (for example, baggage or date changes) will be at the cost of the winner.
12. Transport to and from a London airport is not included.
13. A return transfer to the airport in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) airport is not included.
14. If the winner chooses to extend their time in Costa Rica beyond the tour end date, any difference in return fare will be at the winner's own expense and at the agreement of Gap 360.
    
    For the Grand Prize and Runner up Prizes:
15. Travel insurance, airport transfers, visas, spending money, optional activities, and other ancillary products are not included in the prize. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.
16. Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food or activities not included in the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.
17. Successful applicants must be aged between 18-35 at the time of travel.
18. The winners must be a citizen or residents of the United Kingdom or associated territories such as Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.
19. The winners must be eligible to enter the destination and obtain any necessary visas. If the winners do not meet these requirements they will forfeit the prize.
20. Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winners to adhere to. If the winners are not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their prize.
21. It is the winner's responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.
22. If any portion of the prize is cancelled due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Gap 360 Ltd's control, no alternative prize shall be offered.
23. If the winners cannot travel on the selected dates or to the destination, they will forfeit their prize.
24. The winners will provide a minimum of 25x images and 5x videos for use on Gap 360 Ltd's websites, blog pages, social media pages, marketing emails, press releases and any other marketing or press activities.
25. The winners grant Gap 360 Ltd permission to share all content they create or obtain during the trip on Gap 360 Ltd's marketing channels including but not limited to social media pages, brochures and the website.
26. Photos and video content must be provided by the winners no later than 4 weeks after their tour end date.
27. In entering the competition by supplying your email address you are agreeing to receive newsletters, updates and competition information from Gap 360 Ltd. You may unsubscribe at any time.
28. Employees of Gap 360 Ltd, their family members and anyone else connected with the competition’s set-up, supply or management shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
29. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
30. The closing date for entry is 28th February 2023, however, Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to extend or amend this date.
31. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
32. Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, prize trip or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
33. Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
34. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or lesser value without giving notice.
35. The winners will be notified by social media and email or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
36. The winners must book their trip for a start date between 1st April 2023 and 30th April 2024. If a winner does not secure their trip within this timeframe Gap 360 reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
37. Gap 360 Ltd will notify the winners when and where the prize can be redeemed.
38. The winners will be selected by Gap 360 Ltd, and the decision is final.
39. Gap 360 Ltd's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
40. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
41. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
42. The winners agree to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to a winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
43. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
