How to trigger Alerts on Rightmove after removing Sold STC

We put our house up for sale back in November. We accepted an offer quickly and it was marked SOLD STC on rightmove. The chain has now fallen through because a first time buyer has pulled out and our house is now back on the market.
The estate agents are contacting people who are registered with them and it will also show up on any new searches that people make on Rightmove. However, if someone started looking in the last few months on Rightmove and saved their search criteria and relied upon the alerts facility to inform them of new properties then they would not be alerted to the fact that our house is now on the market again . This is because removal of SOLD STC does not trigger an alert. I suspect that the majority of people rely upon this alert system rather than search again manually so we would be failing to target them.
Also new searches limited to listings in the last 14 days would not pick up our house because it is shown as listed in November.
It seems that the way to trigger new alerts is to reduce the price by 2% or more. Even If we remove the house from Rightmove and relist with a new agent, Rightmove keeps the original listing date of November unless we remove it from the listings for 14 weeks. But what I cannot discover is whether changing estate agents, relisting immediately (which keeps the original listing date) and keeping the same price triggers an alert. Does anybody know or have any other ideas on how to trigger alerts to potential buyers?
Thanks for any suggestions.

if it was SSTC for 6 weeks or more it should show on RM as listed today on the day they changed the status which would mean anyone that was using the alerts would have got them0
