Has Ebay's Packlink or the way PayPal handles it Changed?

Normally when I buy postage through packlink and pay through paypal it comes out of my bank account straight away. This week I've bough 5 lots of postage and although it all appears on my PayPal account nothing has been taken out of my bank account. Can anyone tell me why things have changed? Will it all come out as a lump sum and if so when?
