I've just started a claim to get back monies taken from my credit card account.
Last year they decided to add PPI charges to my account without notifing me or asking me if I'd like PPI.
As usual you look at your statement and not notice until one day the charge jumps off the page and you remember you ticked the box on the application form requesting NO PPI.
So hopefully they will be full of Xmas spirit and send me MY money back before xmas.
