Travel Insurance no show letter

I was due to fly to Florida but had to cancel my plans due to Hurricane Ian. My insurance want a no show letter or proof that I did not fly. Where to you get that from? The airline is Lufthansa and there is nothing like that on the website.

    You ask their customer service department and they should provide you with something which says that you did not use the flights.
