Your money claim taking to court because I changed my about them representing

Hi
I just need some help and direction in this situation, as I received a email from “your money claim” stating that could get me some extra cash from my claim against Barclaycard. I am now living abroad and halfway through filling the form I realized I couldn’t go ahead with application. Just recently I received another email stating that I had to £200 for not completing the application which is just robbery.

The background to this story is they won a claim against barclaycard for me and when I queried the fees taken off they took to court for late payment and I received a CCJ because of that and now I find myself in another potential court issue.

any advice please.

What do their terms and conditions say, in the agreement that you signed up to?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

You say that you got a ccj but the rest of your post indicates that this is still at claim stage.

Can you be clear - and also give dates
