1. You will most likely lose if the case is heard just 'on the papers'. You don't want to take any risks on that especially with £3k in play.CluelessDefendant said:Hi guys just a couple questions regarding the N180 form:
1. For section D1, is it essential I put "No" down? What is the benefit of going to a hearing?
2. Do I file this form with the court and claimant via email?2. Yes.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The Defendant requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to CPR 26.2A(3)
Is this ok?0 -

Hi Guys, I recently got back from my overseas work to find out that the judge has thrown out my defence because I'm not a tenant at the household (I never claimed to be!!) and because I didn't give evidence of me being out of the country (even though I asked what type of evidence they wanted because I was unsure, and to which they never responded). Unfortunately, the judge also thought that the £170 charge for each ticket was fair.
I'm sorry but there's no way I'm coughing up £3k for parking outside my own house, somewhere I've lived for over 15 years.
The solicitor of the parking company is also threatening to get the bailiff involved if I don't contact them within the next few days...
Any advice? Please I'm really scared, I don't want the bailiff showing up to my parents house.0
