Help me identify this chimney bolt / screw

I have just moved into a new home. 1930s terrace in SW London. A built-in wardrobe is around the shape of where the chimney breast would have been on the first floor. At the back of the wardrobe there are these bolts / screws / valves sticking out of the chimney breast. One is completely loose (photos attached, inc. the removed one). From the dust they appear to drill into the brickwork.

Any idea what they are? I’m hoping to have the wardrobe replaced, are these important?

Thanks!

Could be a Fisher fixing, the anchor part can be bought separately.

They look like a cheap version of the rawlbolt expansion bolt.
I agree with the above from the positions I would guess a small safe was mounted there. They can safely be removed

If you do want to take them out easy enough to do.
Get a bit of metal conduit and place over shaft of bolt then just wiggle it about from side to side , this will enlarge the hole in the plaster and brickwork then can remove.
If you do not have access to a bit of conduit try a adjustable spanner, but that is more fiddly.
