for contact of the landowner with no success and I contacted the store I was visiting who were unhelpful also. The letter they sent themselves mentioned civil court instead of a CCJ in which case id be more inclined to just ignore it. I have no grounds to appeal it and with the store being unhelpful with getting it cancelled I just wanted to see what the advice was.1 -
A CCJ only happens if you lost and did not pay ..... so forget thathyl1212 said:

Then why not tell us the name of this retail park and exactly where it is and let a second, or third, or fourth, pair of eyes help you?hyl1212 said:

Has it cropped up before on this forum?4 -
I haven’t seen it on this form before it was Robroyston Retail work in Glasgow, I got another text today actually asking for £320 this time.

Two communiques to further ignore. Come back in the highly unlikely event of Sheriff Court papers being delivered to you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What was the outcome of this letter? Did Gladstone eventually stop communicating or did it go further?0

I was hoping that would be the case. I got a letter 5 days ago, ignored it, followed by a text this morning, so was just curious if it went any further.Umkomaas said:
