Yes thats the problem .... she cant seem to get past that .... we suspect it might be because she hasnt updated something e.g. married name etc. .... so system doesnt seem to recognise her.0 -
Unfortunately no other way then but to phone the Future Pension Centre and get a forecast sent out.Wrath_of_Kain said:jem16 said:

When you've got her forecast don't just jump into paying extra - talk to "the Future Pensions Centre" They will advise you if it is worth buying extra years and which ones will be cheapest and offer the best return. If it is worth it they will pass you over to HMRC who will give you the 18 digit code that you need to be able to pay on line.1

If you did receive any credit from the child benefit they will show on your NI record, just select the individual years.1

They are all "paid employment" on my history ..... but maybe that is the default if you have both paid employment AND child benefit NI credits ?draiggoch said:If you did receive any credit from the child benefit they will show on your NI record, just select the individual years.0 -
Mine shows as paid employment and 52 weeks credit. Luckily the fact I claimed it makes no difference to my wife.0
