Eurowings compensation

Hi
Would love some help! To cut a long story short, eurowings delayed our flights last year and we missed our connection, we had to pay for another flight to get to our end destination. Thanks to this website I used Resolver and the German air regulator SOP have said that Eurowings owe me 450 euros compensation... But they won't pay! They're ignoring my emails and the emails from SOP
anyone faced this and can offer any advice?!

What happened on the day?....did Eurowings refuse to book you on another flight when asked? were both flights on the same ticket?
EU compensation is dealt with in bands €250, €400 or €600...there is no €450 band....is this reimbursement of the outlay for the new flights? (maybe if you are asking for 'compensation' rather than reimbursement has confused things)0
