I've struggled to get back on here after the upgrade/maintenance thing the other day. The "silly offers" thread was closed and there's a couple of people banned (...?) What did I miss exactly?! I'm always too late for the good stuff *sigh*I'm unsure about my spine, I think it's holding me back.1

Offer was accepted for 12% lower than their asking price. They’d received no other offer and needed their house to sell. The other house not sold and only prepared to lower to 8% below asking.Always find comparables. You can ask, but you won’t always get what you want.
