My iva was completed may 2022 60 payments paid , not had my certificate received,  now out of the blue , several months later they want me to sign and agree to a solicitor,  for ppi claims , check insolvency register it says my iva completed,  so why they harrowing me now to sign to a solicitor,  to chase up ppi I'm fully  aware of my debts that I never signed for ppi, if I don't sign they saying I'm in breach of the terms , surely if they signed me off on the insolvency register as completed , I'm free to say no , please help , them 60 months of payments was a marathon,  I thought I was out of the woods by now

Well they have waited far too long, as the PPI ship has sailed. 
Most of us in recent IVA`s had to sign these things, there is no harm in it, all you are agreeing too is for there chosen solicitor to check if any PPI existed, if it doesn't, fine, if it did, then as I said above, you cannot make new claims for PPI now, but they would probably be looking at the Pleven angle most likely.

Just sign and return it, there just box ticking.

I will sign got no option , said I could be in breach and could file a bankruptcy notice on me , bit disgusting that my last complete payment was may2022 and they haven't been in touch with until January,  nothing mentioned of my certificate to bit sent to me ,

Well got my completion certificate today so it's  all turned out good  Jappy days 🙌
