You have already missed your Defence filing deadline.

With a Claim Issue Date of 29th December, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you had until 4pm on Tuesday 31st January 2023 to file your Defence.

It looks like you have checked your MCOL Claim History and apparently no Judgment has yet been made.
The best advice must be to file a Defence before the Claimant wakes up and seeks that Judgment.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

    DCBLegal or QDR solicitors?

    How many PCNs?

    Did you appeal years ago?

Did you respond to the LBC before Xmas?

What were the circumstances of parking?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    No you didn't.

The LBC would have been in 2022.  We are wondering why you ignored a LBC?  The NEWBIES thread is clear that you don't ignore a Letter Before Claim.  Clearly a claim would follow.

Anyway, please show us the draft facts section you wish to add to the template defence.  Why did the driver use a disabled bay?

You're now in a race - please don't reappear in n days time to complain about the default judgment - drop the baby, put the bottle down and get on with it. DEFENCE - draft it, share it, file it. You've got about 9 hours, from now being 23pm 06/02/23.

BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”

Please email your PCN story to watchdog@bbc.co.uk they want to hear about it.
Please then tell us here that you have done so.

  • On it, I wasnt the driver nor was i with the driver at the time, so how do i fill section 3.

You state what you know and don't know about the event.
