GUINNESS SIX NATIONS PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents at the time of entry and of closing of the Prize Draw aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Guinness Six Nations programme (the “Programme”) opens for via SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 3 February 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 20 March 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Friday 24 March 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £50,000, two (2) tickets to a rugby match in the 2024 Guinness Rugby Six Nations Championship featuring one (1) of the following countries: England, Wales, Scotland or Ireland (“Home Nations”) and two (2) tickets to the final match of the Rugby World Cup 2023.

(i) £50,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

Please note that a representative from the Promoter will contact the winner to obtain the winner’s bank details in order to swiftly process the BACS payment.

(ii) Tickets for a Home Nations rugby match in the 2024 Guinness Rugby Six Nations Championship

This element of the prize consists of two (2) tickets to be used by the winner and up to one (1) companion to attend one (1) Home Nations rugby match of the winner’s choice (subject to availability) in the 2024 Guinness Rugby Six Nations Championship, in the UK or abroad as applicable (“Guinness Tickets”).

The prize provider of the Guinness Tickets will contact the winner to arrange for the winner to take-up the prize on their chosen date. The winner’s data will be processed by the prize provider of the Guinness Tickets according to their privacy policy.

The winner and their companion will be bound by Guinness Tickets’ terms and conditions, including but not limited to the terms of the tournament organiser and the applicable venue owner or operator rules and regulations to access the Home Nations venue.

(iii) Tickets for Final match of the Rugby World Cup 2023

This element of the prize consists of two (2) tickets to be used by the winner and up to one (1) companion to attend the Final match of the 2023 Rugby World Cup at the Stade de France, Saint-Denis in Paris, France as shown in the match schedule here but scheduled on Saturday 28 October 2023 (“RWC Tickets”).

The prize provider of the RWC Tickets will contact the winner to arrange for the winner to take-up the prize. The winner’s data will be processed by the prize provider of the RWC Tickets according to their privacy policy.

The winner and their companion will be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time as available here (or such other webpage as determined by Rugby World Cup Limited (“RWCL”) from time to time), the tournament organiser (Federation Française de Rugby 2023 (“FFR2023”)) and the applicable venue owner or operator rules and regulations to access the Rugby World Cup venue and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by RWCL). Further the winner and their companion acknowledge that they will be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with the prize provider of the RWC Tickets, RWCL and/or FFR2023 concerning use of the tickets and confirm acceptance and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.

Please note that the winner and their companion must not, while using the RWC Tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of RWCL or the Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this will cause significant damage and loss to RWCL.

The Promoter may pass personal information relating the winner to RWCL and/or FFR2023 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of the prize and related experiences and, in the event of a suspect breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations or RWCL and/or FFR2023 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against the winner and/or their companion. The winner’s data will be processed by RWCL and/or FFR2023 (and any of their service providers or agents) according to their respective privacy policies.

This Prize Draw is run by the Promoter with the permission of RWCL. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the Prize Draw, not RWCL or any other persons involved in staging of Rugby World Cup 2023 (including FFR2023) and the prize provider of the RWC Tickets (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw (other than fulfilling the prize).

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take-up the prizes on the relevant dates and times.

Please note that where the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prizes.

It is the responsibility of the winner (i) to inform the prize provider of the Guinness Tickets and RWC Tickets of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prizes; (ii) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines; (iii) to ensure that they or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements as applicable; and (iv) to adhere to any UK’s and France’s government guidelines (including but not limited to any Covid-19 related requirements).

The winner and their companion(s) acknowledge that in the event that their chosen 2024 Home Nations rugby match or the Final match of the 2023 Rugby World Cup does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize also includes a travel allowance of £2,400 (two-thousand and four hundred pounds) (“Travel Allowance”) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only, to attend the relevant rugby matches, whether that be in the UK or abroad. Please note that a representative from the Promoter will contact the winner to obtain the winner’s bank details in order to swiftly process the BACS payment.

The prize excludes any and all transportation, accommodation, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than specified above).
