Hi. Has anyone any experience of dealing with the above? Im a few months away from a renewal with Petplan. Ive two ten year old Jack Russells so ,because of their age, would be very careful if I was to consider moving as I want the best cover I can get for them. Many thanks for any helpful replies.

just got renewal from them and they hiked my premium by 30% on a 2 year old dog.. I now want to change..

I have had problems with many pets paying out, it took months, take a look at reviews on trust pilot. It all changed when then changed their name from Bought by many!

I've been with Many Pets since they were Bought by Many & the last claim I submitted on a Monday morning at 09:15 & they paid out the money into my account on the very same day.

Wow, im so pleased you got better service than us, we had 2 claims (over the same pet issue) the smaller one, of 255 was paid immediateyl the larger one 795 took over 3 months and only got sorted when we started ringing them up!
