Public liability insurance.

Sorry to crosspost but have only just been recommended this forum - We have a vintage caravan and would like to take it to some steam rallies. Because there are big potentially dangerous machines there, the organisers want every exhibit to have public liability insurance in order to attend. I would have thought it would be hard to hurt yourself on my caravan, but I can see the organisers just want a blanket agreement. But all the insurers seem to only be for businesses. The caravan is insured by the car insurance when attached.
