Rinse and repeat.  Do not miss any!

    Guaranteed win for the KEEPER.
    Hey all,

Whilst my question has been answered I wanted to double check before going off.  So today I received another smart parking posted PCN. Currently the first one we appealed is still being processed / decided by them, which the acknowledged on the 7th.  Should I go ahead and appeal this one, whilst I still have one more outstanding, (this is likely to also happen another 3 times 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️). Or do I wait to hear back on the first.

At this stage, deal with each one separately. Please check recent @Grizebeck posts about how to deal with Smart with an almost guaranteed success rate - it's virtually a one-line appeal to the effect that Smart does not have a contract with the landowner to issue parking charges at the site where you've fallen foul.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello, thank you for getting back. I will do as advised and handle each one as it comes, so will appeal this tomorrow.  I have clicked on @Grizebeck name, but it doesn't take me to the the links of their smart advice as you suggested. Where can I find these links. Apologies for this as you can tell not Mr computers here lol

But you could just appeal each one as registered keeper (NOT saying who was driving) on the basis that there is "no keeper liability" because their NTK is non-POFA, like everyone does in Smart Parking threads.

Read any Smart parking thread.  Easy peasy!

This is nothing new and is already explained in the NEWBIES thread too.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thank you for all this. After reading thew newbies thread some, I'm contemplating whether to contact Puregym HQ via MSE Resolver website and also my local MP.  My only concern is that surely if I enter into discussions with them, they will need information that will reveal who was the driver and not the registered keeper.  Could this information be passed on to smart parking ruining my chances, or shall I just allow it to go through the appeals smark parking website , see what they decide and then move onto MPS and CEO's?

    Thank you 🙏🙏

Why are you wasting your time and refusing to follow the advice given
The mind boggles.  Everything you state is not needed. You have been told how to win yet you dont want to use it.
    Odd

What I have been told seems to be part two of everything based from the newbies thread. I am just checking everything before cutting my nose. The newbies thread states about MPs first and and landlord owners etc first. I missed this due to not reading thorough (my own fault I admit). But after that I am simply checking and asking questions. I understand to yourself this seems so easy and obvious and you can probably win them in your sleep. But for myself, you don't know what you don't know. So yes I maybe asking questions that yourself doesn't like or understand why, but if I didn't and turns out I approached things wrong I would be kicking myself.
