Hi,
I wanted to Switch from Virgin to BT, did not work out, now BT wants money plus claiming equipment not sent back but I have receipt from post office it was.

I have record of conversation it was cancelled and sent back, too -kept receipt from post office just in case…..

All depends what the contract said and what you signed up to. Maybe get proper legal advice as debt collectors can impact your credit history and your other finances.
