Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the promotional rules and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the promotional rules. Promotion open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and ROI residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their families of Andros UK (the ‘Promoter’), their suppliers or anyone else professionally connected with the administration of the promotion. 2. The promotion is running on the Bonne Maman website only. 3. Entrants must enter using their email address and answer the question as prompted, one entry per address. 4. Entries close at midnight on Sunday 19th February 2023 (23.59.59 on 19.02.23). Each valid email address is entered into the final draw. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these promotional rules in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. 5. Where a winner has been found to be in breach of any of these promotional rules and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Prize Winner in question. 6. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: 7. The main draw opens on Thursday 2nd February 2023 (12.00.00 on 02.02.2023) and closes at midnight on Sunday, 19th February 2023 (23.59.59 on 19.02.23).

8. An email address must be entered, and a question answered, when prompted at: www.bonnemaman.co.uk/colouryourcrepe. Prize draw to take place on Monday 20th February (20.02.23) and winners to be notified on Monday 20th February (20.02.23) via email. Winners are advised to monitor their spam filters. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, but if a winner does not respond within a reasonable time the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize or not to award it at all. WINNER SELECTION: 9. Entry into the draw is automatic for any eligible entry. The draw provides a chance to win one of five Bonne Maman Colour Your Crêpe hampers. The winners of the draw will be the first five valid entries drawn at random on Monday 20th February (20.02.23). The draw will be conducted via a computer programme producing a verifiably random draw, in each case from all eligible entries received. In the event that an entry into the Prize Draw is judged to be invalid or void for any reason, then The Promoter may (but shall not be obliged to) select a substitute winner in the case of any Prize which is not awarded, provided that if no such selection is made then that Prize shall lapse. PRIZES : 10. Within the main prize draw the following prizes are available to be won: five Bonne Maman Colour Your Crêpe kits each containing: a special edition Bonne Maman branded Tefal Crêpe Pan, jar of Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread, variety of full size and mini jars of Conserves, Colour Your. Crêpe Recipe Leaflet plus a selection of accessories from Bonne Maman and other partners such as Tefal and Clarence Court. 16. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide the Prize Provider with the correct name and address and contact details for delivery. 17. The Promoter shall have no obligation to substitute any alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation. GENERAL : 18. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by the winner, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter's control. 19. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize or reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 20. Prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as reasonably required by the Promoter.
