How much did you spend today 15/06/2005

Options
Morning All.

Firstly, I would just like to say thanks to MS_London for coming up with this great idea to keep us all on the straight and narrow. I would also like to say that I am in no way trying to hijack this idea as my own by posting the thread for the last 2 days, Its just that I leave for work early and have no pc access all day

Anyhoo.. Today I intend to spend nothing. I am going out for a business lunch today which I will not have to pay for. Thank goodness for expenses... :rotfl:

No other spends required as far as I Know.

Have a great day everyone

Regards
24 hours in a day. 24 beers in a case ... coincidence?

Zero again for me - lucky enough to work from home, so I'll grab a sandwich/toast for lunch.

For a fleeting moment, thought I might have to nip out at lunchtime to get my Dad a Father's Day card, but have decided to scout round for one online to print out (family are quite used to my homemade "efforts" by now!). For my OH, hoping Nursery will take care of dd's card, and I've got a little something in my "reduced pressie stash" for the pressie (I'm sure it all sounds pretty sad!).

    Hi All!

Had to get petrol this morning so have spent £25 already :( but that will last me for 2 weeks :)

I too have bought my lunch in with me so hopefully that's me done for the day. I work outside of the town centre so there's not the temptation to 'pop out' at lunchtime and spend money (thank goodness!).

    Have a good day

its really annoying though when they decide to switch seats, and occasionally when you only have seconds to spare before the train door shuts you discover you picked up a daily mail instead - how disappointing is that?! metro has been good for freebies this week. i picked up a few so got quite a few free drinks and cakes from various M and S's.

I hadn't realised there were so many freebies in the metro - I don't tend to pick it up that often as I don't like getting to work with mucky ink-stained fingers!! I also get in to work quite late so there aren't many left by the time I'm at the station.

I'm on a 99p sandwich for lunch again today and am going to the cinema tonight so £7.99 is my total spend for the day.

yep they quite often have free cinema tickets and mcdonalds offers and national coffee week or whatever its called. the beauty of the metro freebies is that you pick up loads of copies of them.
