Iceland Excel Parking Charge Notice

Hello everyone, I received a parking charge letter from Excel Parking Company recently, I did appealed but today they rejected, can I get some advices?

I went on Iceland on 20/12/2022, I tried to pay £1 coin but the machine didn’t work, I didn’t bring my bank card and tried to find out my card detail in my photo albums but only have front card details, I couldn’t pay the ticket and i wondered if they would fine me later because I was overstay, so I drove back home straight away and bought a ticket when i arrived home from there app.

Details on the letter:
contravention date:20/12/2022,
issue date: 12/01/2023,
time of entry: 09:19
time of exit: 09:32:41
duration of stay: 13 mins
I arrived home and paid from app at 09:50 ( from app receipt record)

now they rejected my first appeal,  should I appeal to the independent appeals service IAS) ?

Complain to the CEO of Iceland and ask them to step in under the circumstances and cancel it.

Thanks for your advice, how do I complain to the CEO? From Iceland website contact us?

I just stuck email iceland ceo into google and the first item returned showed his email address.
