Self-assessment: how to get refund of overpayment

Afternoon all,
I've completed self-assessment online recently and was expecting to be able to reclaim the resulting credit balance. But when I login to HMRC SA, I see the screen below (amounts and refs deleted obviously).
I can't see how to claim this overpayment back. Are there some refundability rules about the size of a credit balance relative to the next payment on account that's due? Or is the definitive-sounding "This will go towards your next tax bill" just designed to deter me from asking for a refund?
I seem to recall the section of the online return that used (optionally) to collect bank details in case a refund was due is no longer there, replaced by a statement about signing in after submission and claiming it. But how? Why wouldn't it be presented here??
Thanks in advance for any illumination!

No. The credit balance arose because the final calculation's "Total due by 31 January 2023" (including the first payment on account for 2022/23) was less than the sum of the two POAs of 31 Jan 22 and 31 Jul 22.

I reckon that you will need to contact them - try 8am.0
